Ingredients

-1: 4 liters of water.
-2: 125 grams of lentils.
-3: 125 grams of white flour mixed with a cup of water in an electric mixer.
-4: 150 grams of chickpeas, where the chickpeas are soaked for 11 hours in the water, after which we remove the peel.
-5: 125 grams of thin vermicelli.
-6: 1/4 kilogram of veal, or lamb, cut into small cubes.
-7: 1/2 kilogram of chopped tomatoes in an electric mixer.
-8: 1/2 cup of chopped green coriander.
-9: 1/2 cup of chopped green parsley.
-10: A cup of oil.
-11: A cup of chopped celery.
-12: 2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped.
-13: 4 tablespoons of canned tomato paste.
-14: Half a teaspoon of cinnamon.

How to prepare it

Bring a large pressure cooker, put it on the stove, and put oil and then add onions, ginger, meat, parsley, salt, coriander, black pepper, cinnamon, and celery, with continuous stirring for 5 minutes.
Then we add the tomatoes mixed with the electric mixer, the chickpeas, ghee, lentils, tomato paste, and water, stir them a little, then close the pressure cooker tightly, for an hour.
After an hour, remove the cooker from the heat, remove its cover, then put the saucepan on the fire again.
then add the flour mixed with water, and the noodles, while stirring well.
leave the saucepan over a quiet boil for half an hour, with constant stirring between one minute and the next. Remove the saucepan from the heat, and serve it.
